job openings

hai this sam,i am working in a company.It will helpful in one way, but i am not so satisfaction with that. Then i will look at with the reference of my friend, he is now got a jobs openings in reputed company. Most of the young persons are waiting for good jobs. But they don't take any step for got the job.
